Wow, what a stunning and emotionally powerful piece!
The technique here is pretty much flawless… the holes in the arms though look a leery bit off? Though I can't say why, so maybe it's just me. Everything is visually together and appealing (except for the fly, which I felt was slightly out of place and altered the mood in a different way than I had first perceived- that is why I took away a star from my original judgement. It just feels like a sour note in an otherwise beautiful and tragic picture, though I respect if you were trying to do this or meant it in another way. Something about the green is just so out of place for me...) Your background is beautiful and draws attention straight to the girl, and those other details, such as the cracks, the flower, and the blood all frame and tie in the picture along with the main idea here, which delivers a punch packed in a beautiful and emotional photomanip.
